Meet The Staff
Tonya Riley- Office Manager
Tonya is originally from West Virginia but has lived all over Georgia for the last few decades. She has over 30 years of experience managing dental practices. Tonya started as a dental assistant out of high school and absorbed much of the knowledge needed to run a practice over the years. Tonya is the team member who will handle reviewing your treatment plan with you and will give you advice on how to maximize your dental benefits. Any questions about any charges you don’t understand, she’s your lady.
Tonya lives in Buchannan with her husband Kenny and her daughter McKenzie. Her hobbies are cakemaking, fishing, cooking, and any kind of arts and crafts.
Grace Mattson- Dental Hygienist
Grace orginally hails from Texas. She graduated from Wharton County Junior College in 2021. She loves being a dental hygienist. She enjoys meeting new patients and helping them feel comfortable while providing thorough, high quality dental care. When not in the office she enjoys traveling, going for a long run, and hanging out with family.
Kim has lived in Georgia her entire life and years ago moved to the Atlanta Area. She attended the University of Georgia and Graduated from DeKalb College. She has been devoted to her dental hygiene career for 36 years and still loves what she does. She is proud to be your dental care partner where she provides preventative and therapeutic services to help control oral diseases. She is compassionate, gentle, and has an empathetic approach with each visit. She puts continuing education at the forefront of her interests so she can keep up with the latest advancements. She takes time to educate and personalize your home care needs to help you achieve your oral health goals.
Outside of work, Kim enjoys spending time with her 2 grown daughters and loves to be outside. She also enjoys trying vegetarian recipes, interior design and her love for animals is immense. Simon, her 4 legged furry cavalier is her favorite topic!

Taylor Baker- Dental Hygienist
Taylor is from SW Atlanta, and has been practicing Hygiene for 6 years. She graduated from Clayton State University and has been hands on full time since. She believes that good oral health is the gateway to overall health. These days she lives in Decatur and in her free time does some creative writing. She’s looking forward to educating you in everything you can do to stay healthy!
Stefanie was raised in DeKalb County, GA and went to Lakeside High School where she took a dental assisting course at O.E.C. (Occupational Education Center). She has been in the dental field for over 40 years! She has two grown son’s, a grandson, and another one on the way. She loves thrifting, antiquing and all things that are vintage.
She will take your phonecalls, get you an appointment, help you with your forms and greet you when you walk in!
Tania Bernal – Dental Assistant
Tania was born in Cancun Quintana Roo, Mexico, and raised in Atlanta GA. She went to Cross Keys high school graduated in 2011. She continued her education at the Atlanta Dental Assistant school in Buckhead, Georgia. Her very first job was with Dr.Berger in 2016 until his retirement in July 2024. In her spare time Tania likes to go on long walks with her dogs. Her favorite place is the beach! She loves the sun and the sound of waves. Tania is bilingual speaking English and Spanish.
Carmen Hernandez- Dental Assistant
Carmen is a dedicated and caring Dental Assistant who loves helping people smile with confidence. Growing up, she was drawn to professions centered around health. That early passion eventually led her to pursue formal training in dental assisting, and earn her certificate. At work, Carmen takes pride in maintaining a calm and friendly presence — whether she’s preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, assisting chair-side during procedures, or helping patients feel comfortable and informed. Dentistry isn’t just a job for her — it’s a calling. Outside of the office, Carmen enjoys staying active with her daughter, hiking, listening to music, and learning about other cultures and languages. Carmen is also bilingual, English/Spanish.
Originally from Brooklyn, NY, (watch out!) Tracy has lived in the Atlanta area for 20 years. She has been working with Dr. Johnson for 6 years between here and at her prior locations.
She is most likely the one texting you for your benefits card and sending you forms to fill out.
Tracy lives in Cobb County with her husband and daughter, and spends most of her free time enjoying her daughters vigorous dance schedule. She is bilingual in Cantonese and English.
